Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily Optical Character Recognition (OCR) operations during assigned shifts.
- Lead and mentor a team of OCR operators, ensuring optimal productivity and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain efficient workflow processes for data capture and processing.
- Monitor OCR system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
