Key Responsibilities
- Assist in providing a high-quality service desk.
- Quick resolution of complaints.
- Provide full support services to stakeholders.
- Resolve issues from the first time to avoid escalations.
- Ensure all complaints and logs are resolved within standard timing.
- Follow up with pending cases.
Requirements
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist the Team leader in all activities.
- Ensure Service Delivery processing activities are completed within Service Limit Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist the Team leader in solving day-to-day problems.
- Implement continuous improvement projects.
