Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance MIS reporting systems and processes for the CCS department.
• Lead and execute strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Analyze data and generate actionable insights to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all MIS reports and dashboards.
• Develop and present comprehensive reports to senior management on project status and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in MIS and project management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated understanding of banking operations and client coverage services.
