    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle customer service queries related to products, services, and billing.
    • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints and providing effective solutions.
    • Maintain customer records by updating history through service requests, complaints, and notes.
    • Achieve service standards and customer satisfaction targets for inbound calls.
    • Assist customers with their financial processes by generating online passwords for FAB channels.
    • Generate new prospects/leads for all types of FAB products.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Qualifications: High School / Diploma in any discipline.
    • Minimum Experience: 1 – 2 years in customer services / Contact Centre.
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
