Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support, maintaining databases and filing systems.
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
• Assist with the planning and execution of events, meetings, and conferences.
• Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing systems.
• Monitor, maintain, and track office supplies, ordering and distributing as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in HR administration or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and record-keeping systems.
• Ability to perform related tasks and duties as assigned by management.
