Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement and maintain IT security protocols and data integrity measures.
- Manage vendor relationships for IT services and equipment procurement.
- Support the deployment of new technologies and system upgrades to enhance guest services and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or administration, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and hardware.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
