Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process all reimbursement claims accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee third-party administrator (TPA) claims, ensuring timely and correct processing according to guidelines.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and employment regulations for all claims activities.
• Conduct thorough reconciliation of accounts and resolve any discrepancies related to claims and reimbursements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, TPAs, and internal departments to provide updates and resolve queries.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on claims processing, reimbursement status, and related financial activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in claims processing, reimbursement, or TPA management roles.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, reimbursement policies, and TPA operational procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
