Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process all reimbursement claims accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee third-party administrator (TPA) claims, ensuring timely and correct processing according to guidelines.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and employment regulations for all claims activities.
- Conduct thorough reconciliation of accounts and resolve any discrepancies related to claims and reimbursements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, TPAs, and internal departments to provide updates and resolve queries.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on claims processing, reimbursement status, and related financial activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in claims processing, reimbursement, or TPA management roles.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, reimbursement policies, and TPA operational procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
