Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee IT governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct security risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of security controls and governance initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate security into project lifecycles and operations.
- Support audit activities related to information security and governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, IT governance, or risk management.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISM, CISA, CISSP) are highly desirable.
