    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure zero operational loss and minimize near-miss or income leakage events.
    • Target zero complaints and maintain a minimum of 95% adherence to TAT standards.
    • Achieve over 90% satisfaction score in internal customer surveys.
    • Prevent unauthorized breaches in policy, regulatory requirements, and SOPs.
    • Maintain satisfactory ratings in all audits (INA/RMU/OCS/Self-Assessment).
    • Execute departmental initiatives as advised and support cross-functional desks.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in any stream or related discipline; CITF preferred.
    • Thorough understanding of ICC Rules, local laws, and legal risks.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Finance with hands-on experience in all trade finance products.
    • Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
    • Extensive knowledge of UCP600, URC522, ISBP, ISP98, URDG758, URR725, Incoterms 2010, and ICC Banking Commission opinions.
