Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive trade support services to ensure efficient logistics and trade operations.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders on trade-related matters.
• Monitor and track trade activities, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Prepare and analyze detailed reports on trade performance and operational metrics.
• Identify opportunities and implement process improvements for enhanced trade support functions.
• Resolve operational issues and inquiries promptly, related to trade and supply chain processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in trade support, logistics, or a closely related field (5+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and trade management systems.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
