Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all university employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and review all payroll-related reports, including statutory and internal management reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, university policies, and financial regulations.
- Process new hires, terminations, promotions, and other payroll adjustments accurately.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Liaise with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll integration and data flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in payroll management, preferably in a large organization.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) for payroll processing.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a diverse team.
