Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Process new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments.
• Reconcile payroll data, prepare comprehensive payroll reports, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions.
• Collaborate effectively with HR and accounting teams for seamless integration of payroll data.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within a multi-client or outsourcing environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and payroll regulations is essential.
• Proficiency in relevant payroll software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and employee interaction.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
