Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage planning activities for large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Develop, monitor, and update comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
- Analyze project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions proactively.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, forecasts, and potential risks for stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Implement industry best practices in project planning, scheduling, and control to optimize project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, and culturally diverse environment.
