Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive production and supply chain plans to meet business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, sales forecasts, and inventory levels to optimize planning strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams for seamless execution.
- Identify potential planning issues and proactively develop solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports on planning effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a planning role, preferably within the FMCG or Food & Beverage sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in planning software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
