Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of power electronics systems for supercapacitor products.
  • Conduct advanced simulations, analyses, and testing of power converters and control systems.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and product teams to integrate power electronics solutions.
  • Develop and implement robust control algorithms for power management.
  • Ensure designs meet stringent performance, reliability, and cost targets.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, design reviews, and intellectual property development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in power electronics design, including converters (DC-DC, DC-AC) and motor drives.
  • Proficiency with power electronics simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink).
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, PCB layout, and EMI/EMC considerations.
  • Experience with embedded systems and firmware development for power electronics control.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and validate complex hardware systems in a laboratory environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
