Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of chemical processes for biopharmaceutical products.
• Design and execute experiments to improve yield, purity, and efficiency of synthetic routes.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and troubleshooting to resolve process challenges.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams.
• Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and internal safety standards.
• Contribute to the strategic planning of process development projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of organic chemistry, reaction mechanisms, and process scale-up.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, NMR) for characterization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GxP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
