Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage process engineering activities for complex offshore projects.
- Develop, review, and optimize process designs, P&IDs, PFDs, and equipment specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and risk assessments for new projects and modifications.
- Ensure all process designs comply with international industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior process engineers within the team.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and vendors to deliver integrated project solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive proven experience as a Process Engineer, with significant focus on offshore oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus) and other relevant engineering tools.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven ability to lead technical aspects of complex engineering projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of international codes, standards, and best practices relevant to offshore operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
