Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage process improvement projects from conception to implementation.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
- Develop and implement new processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes.
- Provide training and support to teams on new processes and improvement tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in process analysis, design, and improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in process mapping and business intelligence tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Czech or other CEE languages is a plus.
