Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
