Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for B2B financial products, from research to launch.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy and requirements.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions and iterate on product features.
- Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across all B2B platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of design best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong focus on B2B products.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing your design thinking, problem-solving skills, and visual design expertise.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting analytics data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the financial services or fintech industry is highly desirable.
