Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, from initial concept to final implementation, for eCommerce clients.
- Develop innovative and user-centric industrial designs that align with product vision and market needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and project management.
- Conduct thorough market research, user studies, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create detailed design specifications, high-fidelity prototypes, and compelling visual mock-ups.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to fostering a collaborative and creative design culture.
Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience as a Product Designer or Industrial Designer, preferably within the eCommerce sector.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing successful product designs, strong design thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
