Key Responsibilities

  • Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers throughout the design process.
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve design solutions.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with Deel’s brand and design system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design solutions.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
