Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall product strategy and roadmap for the Talentmate platform.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather user feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Drive product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver impactful product solutions.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate to achieve continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Masters-degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of launching successful products in the B2C or marketplace domain.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Deep understanding of the job search market in UAE and GCC is a plus.
