Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year product strategy for Booker.
- Lead initiatives across POS, memberships, scheduling, and payments.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to modernize legacy workflows.
- Partner cross-functionally with Support, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Use data to uncover root-cause issues and optimize performance.
- Own the roadmap and execution strategy for foundational areas like reporting and compliance.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform roles.
- Experience modernizing complex, legacy software.
- Strong product instincts and a system-wide perspective.
- Hands-on comfort with SQL and analytics platforms.
- Track record of cross-functional leadership.
