Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a compelling product strategy and roadmap for the fleet experience.
- Lead product development from ideation to launch, focusing on driver/courier needs and business impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather user insights to inform product decisions.
- Mentor and guide product team members, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, iterating based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B or platform products.
- Proven track record of launching successful products that improve user experience and drive growth.
- Strong understanding of the transportation, ride-hailing, or logistics industry and fleet operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly scaling global environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
