Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the CRM product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with development, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the successful launch and continuous iteration of CRM solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, specifically with CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed, data-driven product decisions.
- Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Czech language is a plus.
