Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to align the product backlog with company goals.
- Act as the key bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
- Lead and facilitate agile rituals, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
- Monitor product success using KPIs, customer feedback, and DeFi ecosystem analytics.
- Balance feature development with critical security, scalability, and compliance considerations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in agile environments.
- Deep knowledge of DeFi, blockchain protocols, and smart contract technology.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact, user-driven products in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, etc.).
- Familiarity with Web3 development tools (e.g., Solidity, EVM-based chains, dApp UX/UI considerations) is a plus.
