Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain program cost and schedule baselines.
- Monitor and analyze program performance against established plans, identifying variances and trends.
- Prepare comprehensive cost and schedule reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support earned value management (EVM) analyses and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with program managers, engineers, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide forecasts and risk assessments related to program cost and schedule.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program cost and schedule control within the defense or aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and financial systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
