Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale, complex technology programs from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive program plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established metrics.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication across various departments.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks and issues, implementing proactive solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide regular updates and reports on program status, key milestones, and potential blockers to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven extensive experience in program management, with a strong background in technology or SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile setting.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
