Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex software development and IT consulting projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring timely reporting and issue resolution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective contingency plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software development or IT services.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
