Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex IT and business projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Communicate project status, issues, and successes to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management, ideally within retail or IT.
- Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and manage diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
