Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex IT and business projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, scope, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and successes to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management, ideally within retail or IT.
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and manage diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
