Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end digital transformation projects, utilizing Siemens and Mendix technologies.
- Define comprehensive project scopes, goals, and deliverables in close collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Effectively manage project teams, allocate resources, control budgets, and adhere to timelines for successful project execution.
- Oversee the implementation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM/MES), and low-code solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing core enterprise systems such as SAP, IBM, and Salesforce.
- Communicate project progress, potential risks, and critical issues clearly and promptly to all relevant parties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, particularly within digital transformation or IT consulting environments.
- Solid understanding of PLM, MOM/MES, or low-code application development platforms like Mendix.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to guide teams and manage client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients in manufacturing, retail, or energy sectors is highly valued.
