Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for offshore initiatives, from planning to execution and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards for all offshore operations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing robust contingency plans.

Requirements

• Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in senior project management roles, specifically within offshore energy projects.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Expertise in offshore project methodologies, including engineering, procurement, construction, and installation.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant international standards, regulations, and best practices in the offshore sector.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning and tracking.
