Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for operational transformation and digitization initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee the implementation of Risk Management and Risk Analytics Systems for financial institutions.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive project success and adoption.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions and contingency plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, specifically in operational transformation and digitization.
- Solid background in IT consulting, financial services, or risk management domains.
- Strong understanding of financial industry regulations and risk analytics systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to drive innovation and effectively challenge conventions to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
