Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex eClinical software implementation projects.

• Collaborate closely with clients to define project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Oversee project teams, providing clear guidance and fostering a highly collaborative environment.
• Ensure all project deliverables and processes comply with 21 CFR Part 11 and other global regulations.
• Effectively communicate project status, potential risks, and challenges to all relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically within eClinical software implementation.
• Strong understanding of the LifeScience industry and relevant regulations, such as 21 CFR Part 11.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in various project management methodologies and tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
