Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of assigned projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and facilitate collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and relevant committees.
- Ensure compliance with government policies, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably within a large public sector organization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Understanding of government processes and accountability frameworks.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, business, or a related field are highly regarded.
