Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage comprehensive project planning activities for complex rail infrastructure and equipment projects.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate closely with various departments, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify potential project risks, analyze their impact, and develop effective mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
- Ensure all projects adhere strictly to Alstom’s quality standards, budgetary constraints, and specified technical requirements.
- Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to optimize planning processes and project control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project planning and scheduling, ideally within the rail, transportation, or heavy equipment manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with proven experience in managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced international work environment and adapt to evolving project needs.
