Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical and commercial proposals for supply chain workforce solutions.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure proposals meet client requirements and market competitiveness.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, resource plans, and project timelines for proposed solutions.
• Ensure all proposals adhere to company standards, client specifications, and industry best practices.
• Present compelling proposals to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating value propositions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Proposal Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on supply chain or workforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposal development and presentations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proficiency in proposal management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
