Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage public administration reform projects in Armenia.
• Provide expert advisory services on policy, economics, and social fields related to public administration.
• Ensure a participatory approach, collaborating with national and local institutions and communities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable development strategies.
• Apply interdisciplinary methods and innovative approaches to complex project challenges.

• Demonstrated senior-level experience in public administration reform or related consulting.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex development projects successfully.
