Job Overview
Globalify Solutions seeks a Senior Python Developer on a contract, hybrid basis in Jersey City, NJ to build automation and integration solutions for a banking client. You’ll design reusable modules, integrate AI/ML into automation frameworks, and collaborate across DevOps and product teams to drive reliability, scalability, and delivery speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop reusable Python modules, scripts, and libraries for enterprise automation and integrations.
- Apply SDLC best practices for code management, versioning, testing, and deployment.
- Build/maintain integrations and workflow automations across platforms and services.
- Identify opportunities to improve tools and processes via Python-based solutions.
- Integrate AI/ML frameworks to enhance automation performance and scalability.
- Support system-level programming, deployments, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Python & OOP; Flask, Gunicorn; environment/package management (PyPI).
- Linux proficiency with Bash; IDEs such as Jupyter/Spyder/Eclipse.
- Source control (Git/SVN) and CI/CD (Jenkins/Ansible) experience.
- Pandas for data prep/analysis; SQL/NoSQL with SQLAlchemy.
- REST/SOAP API development and integrations.
- Strong communication, project/timeline management, and analytical skills; Microsoft Project or similar.
- Nice to have: Docker/Kubernetes; cloud SDKs (AWS/Azure/GCP); enterprise automation/AI optimization.
