Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust QA/QC strategies, policies, and procedures across all projects.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA/QC professionals, ensuring high performance and compliance.
• Ensure all project activities comply with international quality standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews to identify and address quality deviations.
• Oversee the comprehensive documentation, reporting, and resolution of all quality-related issues.
• Collaborate effectively with project management, engineering, and other teams to integrate quality best practices throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in QA/QC management roles, with a strong background in large-scale construction or energy projects.
• In-depth knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership capabilities with demonstrated experience in managing and developing QA/QC teams.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with diverse stakeholders.
