Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for construction projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Identify and document non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on their implementation.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and maintain comprehensive records of quality activities.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff on quality control best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the construction or project management industry.
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards and construction codes.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
