Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Identify and document non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on their implementation.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to resolve quality-related issues.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and maintain comprehensive records of quality activities.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff on quality control best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the construction or project management industry.
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards and construction codes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
