Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test strategies for Java-based applications.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of automated test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, analyze, and resolve software defects efficiently.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance methodologies, standards, and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality and prevent issues.
• Mentor junior quality engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer with a strong background in testing Java applications.
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, testing tools, and processes.
• Extensive experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Proficiency in the Java programming language.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
