Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Undertake cost analysis for project work, monitoring and controlling costs throughout.
- Perform risk and value management and cost control.
- Advise on contractual arrangements and claims.
- Prepare and analyze costs for tenders and contracts.
- Negotiate and agree on variations and final accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, cost management software).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
