Key Responsibilities
- Manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to final figures.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Undertake cost analysis for project work and provide detailed financial reports.
- Perform risk and value management and cost control during the project lifecycle.
- Advise on procurement strategy and contract formation.
- Assist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with a focus on luxury construction or high-end fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, cost estimation software).
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
