Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed cost estimations and prepare budgets for construction projects.
- Manage all aspects of contract administration from tender to final account.
- Analyze and evaluate tenders from contractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit financial reports and progress valuations.
- Identify and manage commercial risks associated with projects.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and client specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in a senior role within the construction sector.
- Relevant academic qualification (e.g., Associate’s Degree, Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field).
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and project management principles.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
