Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates globally.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build strong talent pipelines.
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve recruitment processes.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate flow and data effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, ideally within a high-tech or semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of technical recruitment methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, and multi-disciplinary environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
