Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle recruitment process for various roles across different business units.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, ideally within the IT services or consulting sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
