Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle recruitment process for various roles across different business units.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, ideally within the IT services or consulting sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
