Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various government roles.
- Implement and optimize smart-match processes to identify and attract top talent.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across different platforms.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial application to onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with government departments to understand and fulfill their hiring needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Dubai Careers platform features and user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior Recruitment Officer, preferably within a government or large public sector organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and candidate management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
