Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of SME clients within the Business Banking segment.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to acquire new SME customers.
- Proactively offer tailored financial products and solutions that meet specific client needs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve challenging sales targets and significantly contribute to the bank’s revenue growth.
- Ensure strict adherence to all banking regulations and internal compliance policies.
Requirements
- Proven, extensive experience as a Relationship Manager in Business Banking, with a strong focus on SMEs.
- Solid understanding of retail banking products, services, and the financial market.
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and provide sound business advice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.
- Goal-oriented individual with a verifiable track record of meeting and consistently exceeding targets.
